Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive client acquisition, brand
visibility, and revenue growth across our consulting services. The ideal candidate will combine
sales execution with strategic marketing initiatives to attract, convert, and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
2. Generate and convert leads into paying clients
3. Conduct client discovery sessions and present consulting solutions
4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations
5. Negotiate and close deals in line with company guidelines
6. Support brand visibility through events, partnerships, and outreach
7. Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics.

Client Engagement
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
2. Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to delivery teams
3. Gather client feedback to improve services and messaging
