RECRUITMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The CV and information of shortlisted candidates are provided via EMAIL for accessibility and record purposes.
  2. The recruitment fee shall be 10% of the candidate's total annual gross salary. This fee covers the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting suitable candidates, as well as coordination throughout the hiring process. Provision of shortlisted candidates is within 3 - 4 working days.
  3. The number of provided shortlisted candidates is a minimum of 3 persons and a maximum of 5 per role.
  4. Kindly ensure to respond to phone calls or emails for directions and/or inquiries on the meeting date with the candidate to confirm the shortlisted candidate's attendance. The Agency will not be held liable for the absence of a candidate due to the unavailability or refusal of the Client to respond to phone calls or inquiries on the meeting date.
  5. Upon unavailability to meet with the shortlisted candidate after a scheduled meeting, the Client must provide at least 24 hours prior notice of absence to the Agency.
  6. If the client expresses dissatisfaction with the initially shortlisted candidates, the Recruitment Team is tasked with promptly identifying and presenting additional candidates within a 10-working-day timeframe. It is crucial to ascertain the specific requirements and preferences of the client during this process.
  7. Clients agree not to directly engage with or contact any candidate presented by the Agency without the Agency's prior written consent. The Agency will not be held liable for any misbehavior, misconduct, or occurrence arising from a candidate contacted, engaged, or hired by the Client without the knowledge and approval of the Agency. Furthermore, where the Agency has approved or recommended a candidate, the Client agrees that the Agency shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from the candidate's employment.
  8. Any changes made to the job offer during the employment process must be discussed and agreed upon with the candidate before effecting it. However, the Agency will not be held liable for the disengagement or resignation of the candidate due to unfavorable or new work conditions (Change/ increase in workdays/hours, location, job description, or decrease in remuneration,) which were not declared in the recruitment brief.
  9. The Agency shall maintain shortlisted candidates for a maximum period of one (1) week for Client interviews. If a shortlisted candidate is unavailable within this period, a replacement will be provided. Should the Client fail to conduct interviews within the stipulated one (1) week, the Agency shall continue the recruitment process, and an additional 5% service extension fee shall apply.
  10. We advise prompt feedback on underperformance during the replacement period (30 days from resumption), and this is to enable us to manage or replace the Staff when necessary. Following the successful completion of the candidate's first month at the client's organization, we will reach out via mail to confirm the client's satisfaction, and that there is no need for replacement.
  11. In the event the Client engages the Agency for the recruitment of five (5) or more roles, the Agency agrees to provide the Client with a comprehensive Recruitment Plan and Schedule. This Recruitment Plan allows for transparent communication and efficient project management.
  12. The advertisement, interviews and screening processes are according to the information disclosed at the discovery stage by the Client; changes made to the job brief or specifications during the meeting with the candidate may elongate the recruitment period.
  13. This agreement guarantees our efforts to place a suitable candidate for your open position within a period of one month (25 working days) from the acceptance of the finalized Job Description (JD). Kindly note that a partial refund will be issued in the following scenarios:
    • Change in Job Description: If the Client modifies the Job Description after two (2) batches of suitable candidates have been submitted and no candidate is selected, the Agency shall continue the recruitment process; however, an additional 5% service charge shall be applied to the Client's invoice to cover the extended time and resources incurred.
    • Unsuccessful Placement: If the Agency is unable to present two (2) batches of suitable candidates for the Client's consideration within the one-month guarantee period, and the Job Description has not been modified by the Client, the Agency shall issue a 70% refund. However, no refund shall apply where the Client agrees to modify the Job Description based on feedback regarding candidate sourcing challenges and authorizes the Agency to continue working on the role.
    • Delayed Feedback from the Client: If there is a delay in feedback from the Client after candidates have been submitted for interview scheduling or following candidate interviews, extending beyond twenty-five (25) working days, the Agency shall continue the recruitment process; however, an additional 5% service charge will be applied to the Client's invoice to cover the delay and the extended use of Agency resources.
