Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer / Energy Manager to oversee industrial energy operations, including electricity systems, generators, and plumbing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and proven experience managing large teams in an industrial environment, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable energy supply across facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of industrial electricity systems, generators, and plumbing networks.
• Lead and manage a large technical and maintenance team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and operational risks.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with management on energy planning, budgeting, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety policies, and environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting energy systems and utilities.
• Prepare regular technical and operational reports for senior management.
