Job Description

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager – Operations, the Oil Mill Director is responsible for coordinating and supervising all industrial activities of the oil mill to ensure optimal oil production while complying with ISO quality standards, hygiene, safety, and environmental protection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and oversee the production campaign plan.
* Monitor the supply of raw materials and consumables.
* Supervise production operations and ensure achievement of set objectives.
* Ensure the availability and performance of industrial equipment through effective maintenance practices.
* Propose and implement investment projects aimed at improving the unit’s capacity and performance.
* Prepare and monitor the department’s budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards.
* Manage, supervise, and develop the Oil Mill’s human resources.
* Produce operational reports required for effective management and decision-making.
